4. Order Process and Fulfillment

4.1 Order Confirmation

4.2 Payment Terms

4.3 Delivery and Shipping

Products are supplied on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) basis as agreed. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 4.4 Quality and Inspection

All products are inspected before shipment. Buyers have the right to conduct independent lab testing upon receipt. Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 5. Cancellation and Returns Policy

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled up to 30 days before scheduled shipment. Cancellations within 30 days of shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• Product Returns: Defective or non-conforming products may be returned within 14 days of delivery (with proof of damage and photographic evidence). Returns must be pre-authorized by the Company.
• Restocking: Refused or cancelled shipments may incur shipping, handling, and restocking charges.
